Pricing: EOR Service
Veridian's Employer of Record fee is a percentage of each employee's gross annual salary, billed monthly. Everyone starts at 10%, and every tier you reach lowers the rate on your whole team in South Africa.
No Placement Fee • One Monthly Invoice • No Hidden Charges
Pricing that rewards volume
Fees start at 10% of the employee's gross monthly salary and reduce with every tier of placements you make.
- 1 - 5 placements: 10%
- 6 - 10 placements: 9%
- 11 - 20 placements: 8.5%
- 20+ placements: 8%
One rate for the whole team: Your tier is set by your number of active placements. Cross into a new tier and every placement moves to the lower rate, not just the new hires.

Common Questions
What counts as a placement?
Each person Veridian employs on your behalf in South Africa counts as one placement. Your tier is set by the number of active placements you have with us.
What happens when I cross into a new tier?
The lower rate applies to your whole team, not just the new hires. Move from 5 to 6 placements and all 6 are billed at 9%.
How is the fee calculated?
The fee is a percentage of each placement's gross annual salary, billed monthly. A £24,000 salary at the standard 10% rate works out to £200 a month.
Do I need a South African entity?
No. Veridian is the legal employer in South Africa and handles contracts, payroll, tax and compliance. You direct the day-to-day work as normal.
Are there setup or placement fees?
No. You receive one monthly invoice with no placement fees and no hidden charges. The employee's salary and statutory employer costs are passed through separately.
